Every relationship experiences seasons of closeness, distance, stress, and growth. Whether you’re navigating recurring conflict, adjusting to a major life transition, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to feel more connected again, couples therapy offers a space to slow down, understand one another more deeply, and move forward together with intention.
At Beverly Hills Therapy Group, we believe healthy relationships aren’t built by avoiding conflict—they’re strengthened by learning new ways to communicate, repair, and reconnect. Our therapists provide thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to your unique relationship.

Flexible Scheduling & Insurance
We believe therapy should feel accessible and manageable. There is no long-term commitment or upfront program fee. Sessions are billed individually on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Your initial assessment is typically eligible for insurance billing. Following the intake process, we’ll review your insurance benefits together and discuss which portions of treatment may be covered based on your clinical needs and plan.
Ongoing Relationship Care
We find that most couples experience significant relief and sustainable changes to their relationship after about 8 to 12 sessions. Many couples choose to return periodically after completing therapy for maintenance sessions—whether that’s during a life transition, after welcoming a child, before retirement, or simply as a proactive investment in their relationship.
Just as we care for our physical health over time, healthy relationships benefit from occasional check-ins. These sessions can be scheduled as needed or on a monthly or quarterly basis to reinforce progress and support continued growth.
